I never set out to become a longevity expert.
It started with tossing greens into a smoothie and wondering if there was more I could be doing. One question led to another, and before I knew it, life was nudging me toward something bigger, something I couldn't ignore.
What began as casual curiosity turned into a full-blown mission to understand how we age, why we slow down, and what we can actually do about it.

That was me, too. Eating the so-called healthy foods. Following mainstream wellness advice. Piling on the supplements.
My energy kept dipping. My mind was foggy more often than not. I was fighting sleep battles every night. And I kept asking myself: if I'm doing everything “right,” why do I still feel this way?

That's when I knew something had to change.
The standard path to healthy aging wasn't cutting it. So I decided to dig deeper — past the surface-level wellness tips and into the science of what actually moves the needle on how we feel, perform, and age.
I immersed myself in genomic medicine, functional nutrition, and the study of bio-individual optimization. I trained with world-class practitioners, explored peptide therapies and bioregulators before most people had even heard the words, and started sharing everything I learned on my podcast.
